Nutella Fudge Brownie Recipe (Moist & Tasty)



This recipe is simple and will have every chocolate lover coming back for more. The brownies have a hearty fudge chocolate taste, great for any occasion. Very often accompanied with vanilla ice cream making it a sure pleaser when serving guests or visitors.

Cookware You Need For This Recipe

- Glass bowl to mix ingredients
- Spatula to stir
- Non Stick parchment paper

Ingredients

- 4 Eggs & 2 Yolks
- 300g of sugar
- 160g of Flour
- 230g of Butter
- 80g of Nutella
- Cocoa (5 Tablespoons)
- Crushed Almonds (1 Tablespoon)
- Pinch of salt

Nutella Fudge Brownie Recipe Instructions

1. Put 350g of Dark chocolate and 230g of butter in a glass bowl and place it in the microwave until melted. 

2. Add 300g of sugar, a pinch of salt, tablespoon of crushed almonds, 5 tablespoons of cocoa, 160g of flour, 4 eggs, 2 yolks and 80g of Nutella. Then stir with a spatula until it's well mixed.

Note: If you can't find crushed almonds, you may want to use a spice grinder to crush the almonds. Very handy when needed.

3. Put the brownie mix in a glass baking bowl on top of the parchment paper and flatten the brownie mix with the spatula to the thickness that you like. Bake for 25 min at 180 degrees.

Note: After taking the brownie cake out of the oven it is recommended to let it cool off for 10 minutes before cutting and serving so it doesn't fall apart.
