Ingredients For The Muhammara
  • 1/2 Cup Of Tomato Paste
  • 1 Cup Of Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Of Pepper Paste
  • 1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Of Crushed Walnuts
  • 2 Cloves Of Crushed Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Of Black Pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons Of Chili Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Of Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Of Pomegranate Syrup

Ingredients For The Hummus
  • Boiled Chick Peas (1 Cup)
  • Tahini (2Tablespoons)
  • Squeezed Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)
  • Olive Oil (2 Tablespoons)
  • Salt (2 Teaspoons)
  • Cumin (1 Teaspoon)
  • 4 Cloves Of Garlic

Muhamara Dip Preparation

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl and stir with a spoon until it forms into a creamy paste like dip.

Hummus Dip Preparation:

Mix All ingredients in a food processor and blend well until it forms into a dip.
